1. Specialty 5B010800 – Physical culture and sport of Bydgoszcz Economic University, Republic of Poland (2017 – 5 students) (2018 – 4 students);
2. From the Ili Pedagogical Institute, PRC (7 – on the specialty 5B010700 – Fine Art and Drawing, 1 – on the specialty 5B010800 – Physical Education and Sport)
3. Specialty 5В042100 – Design – 2 students, University of Tonmen, Pusan, South Korean Republic.
4. WKSU named after M.Utemisov (specialty 5B010600 – Musical education – 2, specialty 5B042100 – Design – 1)
5. Atyrau State University named after H.Dosmukhamedov (specialty 5B010800 – Physical training and sport – 2 students).
6. Specialty 5B042100 – Design has concluded a contract with universities of the border regions of the Russian Federation (Saratov National Research University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, Orenburg State Pedagogical University).

Two-Diploma Education

Under the program of two-diploma education of the specialty 5B010800 – Physical training and sport, an agreement with the University of Bydgoszcz has been concluded and currently 6 students are studying, specialty 5B042100 – Design has concluded an agreement with the Kazan Federal University.
