Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor, Dean of the Professional-Creative Faculty. The Letter of Thanks’ holder of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev, the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK, the title “Honorary Worker of Education of the RK”, the sign “For merits in the development of science of the RK”.

Main scientific directions:

Problems of Linguistics. Morphology of the Kazakh language, the problem of the classification of speech parts.

Education:

1986-1991yy. – studied at Almaty State Pedagogical University named after Abay.

From 1997 to 1999 in the department of Grammar Professor of the Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baytursynov NAS of the RK under the guidance of professors B. Abilasymov and M.I. Isayev prepared the thesis for a candidate’s thesis “Formation and development of the classification of speech parts in Kazakh linguistics” on specialty 10.02.02 .- “Kazakh language” and defended it in 1999. In 2004 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

Professional activity:

In Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov he worked as a teacher, senior teacher, deputy dean, assistant to the rector, Dean of several faculties. Now he is the Dean of the Professional-Creative Faculty. Scientific and pedagogical experience is 32 years. The author of more than 150 scientific, scientific – methodical, educational – methodical, popular scientific publications. Of these, 1 textbook, 2 study guides, 1 article in the Scopus database, published in a scientific journal with an impact factor.

Social activity:

Member of the onomastic commission under the Akim of the region, member of the Coordination Council under the Akim of the city, languages, member of the regional district election commission, member of the working group set up under the Akim of the region on the transition to the Latin alphabet.
